What better way to top off your favourite dessert, than with some homemade caramel sauce!
1 Cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 tin of sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup honey
pinch of salt
Over medium to low heat, melt your brown sugar and butter together.
Once melted, add your tin of condensed milk, honey and salt. Keep on the medium to low heat while stirring with a whisk for approximately 7 minutes, or until looking and smelling amazing. Make sure sure the heat isn't too high or it may burn.
Pour into an airtight container and keep in the fridge as your favourite topping!
